How do I Convert a Proposal to an Order?

This guide walks you through how to successfully convert a grower proposal into a grower order within AcreOne.

Step-by-Step Guide: 

Click "Convert" button to turn the proposal into a grower order. 

When converting a proposal, there are a few possibilities:

1. Grower order doesn't exist, while converting your creating the order for the first time. 
2. Grower order exists and you want to replace the existing order with the new proposal for the selected grower. 
3. Grower order exists and you want to add the proposal to an existing order.

Convert - Brand New Grower Order

• If there is no existing grower orders, when you click on the "Convert" button in Proposals, it will redirect you to the Grower Order with a toast message "Order has been converted and saved"

Convert - Replacing Existing Grower Order

To replace the Grower Order with the new Proposal, click "Replace" button.
- Note: If you replace the order the initial order will be deleted and replaced by the newly created proposal. 

Convert - Adding to Existing Grower Order

To add the Proposal to an existing Grower Order, click "+ Add" button.

If more seed is requested than available, a backorder will need to be created. A popup will display where you can decide if you'd like to create a backorder or Add the BO Qty to the Grower Order by clicking the checkmark box to select/deselect it.   

Toggle order details to see more details about the grower order. Click "Save" button to save your adjustments. 

Once saved you will land on the grower order page. The Grower Order is differentiated from the Proposal as the headers are illuminated in the orange color. 
The order is automatically saved.

 To return to the Proposals, click on the Back "<" button in to top left corner next to the Grower name.
