How do I Manage my Orders at the Product Level?

Step-by-Step Guide: 

When you log in, click on the "Reseller Operations" in the left-hand side navigation.

Navigating the Order Summary Screen 

You will land on the Order Summary. The defaulted view will be by Material, but you can change it to Lot view or Hybrid/Variety by clicking on the radio button in the top right corner of the table.

• Each view will look slightly different but all have the same functionality once you go in to edit.

Adjust your columns by clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the table. 

• Click "Columns" 
• Uncheck any columns you don't want to see in the table. 
  Reminder: you can always add them by checking the box. 

Export to Excel

You can export both table views into Excel by clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the table.

• Click "Export" 
• The Excel file will download on your desktop.
• In Excel, you will see a "Lot" tab and a "Material" tab to change views, 

You can expand all the tiles by clicking on the arrow pointing down next to Product Name.

The Order Summary is listed at the Variety level. When you expand each tile or mass expand you will see the material details.

Editing the Product Order

When you find the material you want to edit, click on the material name to see the details.

From the edit screen, you will see which growers already have this material on order. You can add additional growers by clicking the "+ Add Grower" button.

A pop up will open with a list of Growers and their addresses.
You can search for a grower in the search field.
To add a grower to your Material order, click on the plus "+" button next to the grower's name. The grower will be added and you can click outside of the pop up or on the "X" to close the pop up.

Input the wanted quantity under "Qty UN/EA" column and click "Save Changes" button in the top right corner of the screen.

Once saved you can go to the next or previous material by clicking the "Next" button or "Previous" button
