This guide walks you through navigating the autostock process of grower orders onto reseller orders.
In general, if the Return to SA Stock checkbox is checked when adding product to a grower order, the quantity will roll under the quantity already on the reseller order or will increase the reseller order quantity if it the sum of all grower order quantities is more than the reseller order quantity.
When the Return to SA Stock checkbox is checked when reducing product on a grower order, the reseller order will remain at the same quantity and the grower order will be reduced. If the box is unchecked, both the reseller order and the grower order will be reduced. **this will release allocations**
Autostocking Before Reseller Order
1. In the grower order, add a material and quantity
2. New lines in the grower order will default to having the Return to SA Stock checkbox unchecked.
3. After saving the order, this box will be checked.
4. The grower's order now appears in the Reseller's Order
5. Details of the grower order can be found in the Grower Details column
6. Grower order quantity
7. If the grower order is reduced and the Return to SA Stock box is left checked, the reseller order will remain the same quantity and only the grower order will be reduced
8. Reduce the order and leave the Return to SA Stock checked
9. Notice the reseller order quantity remains the same
10. Reseller order quantity remains the same
11. Only the grower order is reduced
12. To reduce the grower order AND the reseller order, change the quantity on the grower order. NOTE: this is release allocations because the reseller order will be reduced
13. Uncheck the autostock button
14. In the Reseller Order, you can now see that the order quantity has been reduced.
15. Grower order details from the reseller order
Autostocking after Reseller Order is Created
16. New product may be added to the reseller order before grower orders are entered
17. After product is added to the reseller order, next add the product to the grower order. Remember: the checkbox for the return to SA Stock will be unchecked before saving and will move to being checked after saving the grower order
18. The quantity on the reseller order remains the same
19. The quantity on the reseller order remains the same
20. The grower order remains at the same as it was input
Autostocking by Ship-To
21. When the ship-to location in the grower order and reseller order are different for the same material, a new line in the reseller order will be created. **it will not be rolled up into the existing reseller order
Here is an example of where the reseller order is entered with no ship-to location selected.
22. In the grower order, a specific ship-to is selected
23. The reseller order increased from 50 to 56 because it added the grower order to a new line due to having a different ship-to location
