How to View and Manage Grower Stewardship Agreements?

This guide will show you the exact steps to identify which growers are compliant and which growers need to complete the PDF or electronic version. 
 

Step-by-Step Guide: 

Navigate to https://myacreone.com/acreone. You will automatically land on the Growers List page. Identify the Stewardship column within the list to track the status of each of your growers.

Growers with a signed agreement will have the agreement number in the Stewardship column. Current agreement numbers end in "03."

For growers without a signed agreement, you can help your grower complete the agreement by offering them a pre-populated PDF to mail or email in or you can share a URL to the third-party site for the grower to complete electronically.

The PDF will appear in your downloads pre-populated with most required information. You can print or email the PDF to your grower to complete. They will need to review and sign before the mail or email it to the third-party, AgCelerate.

Alternatively, you can copy the URL to AgCelerate's website and email or text it to the grower (https://www.agcelerate.com/). Each grower's URL is identical, as it is not possible to pre-populate the electronic version on behalf of the grower.
