How do I invite or reinvite a grower to Syngenta Hub (Okta)?

The steps below are for growers who need an email invitation to join Syngenta Hub (Okta) to create a log in. 

Having access to the Syngenta Hub (Okta) is a requirement before a grower can apply to Golden Advantage.

1. In your grower list, navigate to the grower that needs invited

2. Click on the edit button

   

3. In the pop up window, click the button to Reinvite to Apps

   

4. An email will automatically be sent to the contact's email address

QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If the Reinvite to Apps button does not appear:

• Check to see if a contact is listed - add if one is not present
• Check that all of the required fields have entries for the grower account and contact(s) 
• Verify that all of the information listed is correct (especially email address and phone number) on the grower account and contact(s)

• If all details are present and correct, press Save. This will enable the grower contact to create their account in Syngenta Hub (Okta)
