How do I complete a Split Payment?

To Split a payment, navigate to the "Financial Transaction" Tab and click on the two arrow icon in the grower line on the Financial Transaction table.

You will be taken to a new screen. Here you can delete a grower, add a grower, edit a grower and add the amounts across selected growers.

• Note: The Deposit Amount field needs to be filled out and the Unallocated Amount (red box top right corner of the split payment section) needs to equal to zero for the "Save Changes" button to become active.

Deleting a Grower Line

When you want to delete a grower line from your list, click on the trash can icon,

You will notice the first deleted line will just delete the grower's name. This is done intentionally as you cannot delete all the grower lines. The remaining deletes will completely remove the grower line. 

Adding a Grower Line

To add a grower, click on the "+ Add Grower" button. A "List of Growers" pop up will open.

Add a grower by clicking on the "+" icon. Once done with your grower additions you can click on the "Continue" button or the "X" icon to close the pop up.

• You will also see a toast message for each grower that you click the "+" icon. This is to notify you of the action that the grower you chose was added to your split payment section.  

Editing a Grower Line

To edit a grower that you pre-selected with another grower, simply click the pencil icon.

A List of Growers pop up will open. Select your new grower by clicking on the "+" icon.
You will see a confirmation of the made changed, from Grower A to Grower B. If you agree, click "Confirm" button.

When all the Deposit Amount fields are updated with a quantity and the unallocated amount equals to zero, then you can save your changes by clicking on the "Save Changes" button in the top right corner of the screen. 

When you click on the "Save Changes" button you will get a review pop up of the changes that you made. If you agree with the changes, click "Confirm" button.

You are all complete with your split payment and can click on the back chevron (<) or in your left side navigation menu to go onto the next activity in managing your business.
