These are the steps to request that Syngenta produces and ships seed to you from AcreOne. This guide walks you through filling out the necessary fields and configuring specific quantities to ensure your order is submitted accurately.
Navigate to AcreOne through Syngenta Hub or directly at myacreone.com/acreone
- Click "Reseller Order"
- To request seed, click on the checkbox in the Request to Ship Qty column. This will unlock the cell to confirm or change the requested amount.
- Type in the exact amount you would like Syngenta to ship to you.
NOTE: it does not need to be the full order quantity – only what you want Syngenta to ship you.
NOTE: You can only request seed that has allocations available. For example, if 1850 units are ordered and there are only allocations available for 1760, only up to 1760 units can be requested.
- In the parenthesis to the right of the column, it will show the total number of units that are to be requested in SAP.
- Once the box is checked and the correct quantity is entered into the cell, select the location that you want the seed shipped to from the drop down menu in the ship-to column.
- Next, select the date that you would like to take delivery of the seed.
- NOTE: This date drives seed production and placement – advance notice allows Syngenta a better chance to fulfill your order on or shortly after this date. It is critical that this date is specific for the material and truly reflects when the seed can arrive at the ship-to location
- Click on the date field.
- Select the future date that you would like this material to be delivered.
- Continue completing all requests for shipments, selecting corresponding ship-to locations and dates. Once complete, click "Save Changes".
- Requested seed requests can be reviewed in the Shipping Orders window. In the Shipping Orders column, click on the icon.
- Requested orders that are in Syngenta's order fulfillment system (SAP) are displayed in this read-only pop up window. After reviewing orders, click to close the window.
TO REDUCE OR REMOVE A SEED REQUEST
- Seed should only be requested to ship if there is 100% certainty that you want the seed shipped to you. However, if a reduction needs to be made, the request must be adjusted in AcreOne.
- If no shipment has been created against the line, you can remove the entire request. NOTE: this is possible when there is nothing in the Shipped (Scheduled) column and the request to ship box is not grayed out. Click on the Request to Ship checkbox
- To reduce the amount requested, click in the Request to Ship box and reduce the requested amount to the number of units that you are willing to take delivery of. In the example below, 100 were originally requested and the request is being reduced to 75.
NOTE: If a shipment has been scheduled or fully completed again that line, a request to ship cannot be reduced past this amount. For example, if 70 units have been requested to ship and 11 have already been shipped, the requested amount cannot be reduced to a quantity less than 11.
- An order lines that are completed unrequested (the Request to Ship box is unchecked), that line will show as a Rejected Order in the Shipping Orders pop up window. In the window, click Show Rejected to toggle on lines that were completely unrequested.
