How do I edit and maintain my Reseller Order?

Learn how to efficiently manage your reseller order details, filter ship-to locations, and execute material line splits within the AcreOne platform. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for configuring product line items and saving your changes to ensure order accuracy.

1. Navigate to the Reseller Order

2. Open the drop down in the Ship-to column to select the preferred ship-to location for each material line on order

3. If most or all of the seed is to be shipped to one location, a default ship-to location can be selected for the entire order. In the order summary table at the top of the reseller order, click Select Ship To.

4. Find the address desired, then click Apply

5. You can quick navigate to lines with a specific ship-to location by clicking on the Ship To column dropdown and selecting the address(s) you would like to filter to

6. Click the box(es) for the addresses to view

7. Add a date for when you want to take delivery of the seed. Note: this is not required until requesting seed to be shipped.

8. Use the calendar option to select a specific date.

9. The same RDD can be applied to every line using the RDD field in the column header. Click in the cell in the header of the RDD column. Notes: this should only be used when all there is a desired to be delivered on or near the same date.

10. Select a date from the calendar to apply to every line

11. Every line now has the same RDD

12. Select or maintain the Preferred Seed Size for every corn line.

13. To review grower orders for setting preferred seed sizes, click on the magnifying glass icon under Grower Details.

14. Each grower order will be displayed with the grower name and quantity, and preferred seed size (if applied in the grower order).

15. To completely remove a material from the reseller order, click the delete icon for the selected line item. Note: this can only be done if no seed has been scheduled or shipped

16. When a material needs to be shipped to different locations, on different dates, or in different seed sizes, the order quantity should be split into separate lines so that these preferences can be captured. On the desired material, click the line split icon.

17. In the pop up window, type in the quantity to be split off the original line.

18. Click "Split"

19. Adjust the preferences on the original line and new line

20. Click Save Changes
